* SoC Conference Program is subject to change. Savant Company Inc, SoC Conference Organizing Committee, and Technical Advisory Board, reserve the rights to revise or modify the SoC Conference agenda at its sole discretion.
1. Student Registration: Requires valid student picture ID to pick up registration packages on Wednesday morning (no substitution allowed). 2. IEEE Members: Requires valid IEEE membership ID to pick up registration packages on Wednesday morning (no substitution allowed). 3. Conference Proceedings will be shipped by Monday, Nov. 11, 2013. No cancellation or refund permitted.
Policies for Conference Registration: Cancellation, substitution, and refund requests will not be accepted by telephone and must be submitted in writing for consideration. Cancellations and refunds will be considered only if submitted in writing and only if received by the following deadline: Cancellation requests received by Monday 8/30/2013 will receive a full refund (less a $150 processing fee). Cancellation requests received after Monday 8/30/2013 will receive no refund.
Badge substitution: $100 charge. All cancellations and substitutions must be submitted in writing to Savant Company Inc., SoC Conference Registration, P.O. Box 51330, Irvine, CA 92619, USA. Absolutely no refund for walk-in registration on Oct. 23, 2013, or Oct. 24, 2013. No Workshop refunds will be permitted.
