or refund permitted.
Policies for Sponsorship Payments: ALL Sponsorship Payments are due by Friday,
October 10, 2008. Cancellations will be considered only if
submitted in writing and
only if received by September 12, 2008.
50% of the sponsorship fees are
due if cancelled by Friday, September 12, 2008. 100% of the sponsorship fees are
due if cancelled after September 12, 2008.
Policies for Registration: Cancellation, substitution, and refund requests will not be
accepted by telephone and must be submitted in writing for consideration.
Cancellations and refunds will be considered only if submitted in writing and
only if received by the following deadline: Cancellation requests received by

Badge substitution: $50 charge. All
