1. Student Registration: Requires valid student picture ID to pick up registration packages on Wednesday morning (no substitution allowed). 2. ACM, AeA, and IEEE Members: Requires valid AeA, ACM, or IEEE membership ID to pick up registration packages on Wednesday morning (no substitution allowed). 3. Conference Proceedings will be shipped by Monday, Nov. 9, 2009. No cancellation or refund permitted.
Policies for Sponsorship Payments: ALL Sponsorship Payments are due by Friday, October 9, 2009. Cancellations will be considered only if submitted in writing and only if received by September 14, 2009. 50% of the sponsorship fees are due if cancelled by Friday, September 14, 2009. 100% of the sponsorship fees are due if cancelled after September 14, 2009.
Policies for Conference Registration: Cancellation, substitution, and refund requests will not be accepted by telephone and must be submitted in writing for consideration. Cancellations and refunds will be considered only if submitted in writing and only if received by the following deadline: Cancellation requests received by Monday 10/12/09 will receive a full refund (less a $100 processing fee). Cancellation requests received after Monday 10/12/09 will receive no refund.
Badge substitution: $50 charge. All cancellations and substitutions must be submitted in writing to Savant Company Inc., SoC Registration, P.O. Box 51330, Irvine, CA 92619, USA. Absolutely no refund for walk-in registration on Nov. 5 or Nov. 6. No Workshop refunds will be permitted.
