X-FAB Semiconductor
|
X-FAB is
the world’s largest analog/mixed-signal foundry group manufacturing silicon
wafers for mixed-signal integrated circuits (ICs). Its marketing network and
client base span the Americas, Europe and Asia, offering manufacturing
capacity of approximately 840,000 200mm-equivalent wafers per year. The
largest specialty fab group, X-FAB is unlike typical foundry services
because of its specialized expertise in advanced analog and mixed-signal
process technologies. These technologies are not intended for digital
applications with the smallest possible structure sizes, but rather are
targeted for analog applications that can be integrated with additional
functions such as high voltage, non-volatile memory or sensors. By combining
solid, specialized expertise in advanced analog and mixed-signal process
technologies with excellent service, a high level of responsiveness and
first-class technical support, X-FAB optimally manages the product
development flow and supply chain for its customers' semiconductor products.
At its five manufacturing sites in Germany, the U.K., the U.S., and
Malaysia, X-FAB manufactures wafers on modular CMOS and BiCMOS processes
with technologies ranging from 1.0 to 0.18 µm, and special BCD, SOI and MEMS
long-lifetime processes. The sites can handle approximately 70,000 8-inch
equivalent wafer starts per month in total. Always endeavoring to create
long-term customer relationships based on stability, reliability and
confidence in X-FAB's expertise, X-FAB adds value to the wafer manufacturing
process by offering customers outstanding technical support.

Cadence
|
Cadence
Design Systems is the world's leading EDA company. Cadence customers use our
software, hardware, and services to overcome a range of technical and
economic hurdles. Our technologies help customers create mobile
devices with longer battery life. Designers of ICs for game consoles and
other consumer electronics speed their products to market using our hardware
simulators to run software on a ‘virtual’ chip—long before the actual chip
exists. We bridge the traditional gap between chip designers and fabrication
facilities, so that manufacturing challenges can be addressed early in the
design stage. And our custom IC design platform enables designers to
harmonize the divergent worlds of analog and digital design to create some
of the most advanced mixed-signal system on chip (SoC) designs. These are
just a few of the many essential Cadence solutions that drive the success of
leading IC and electronic systems companies.

Moobila
|
Moobila is
an iPhone application development company that focuses on creating custom
iPhone applications for individuals, businesses or groups looking to provide
customers with iPhone applications developed to their specifications but who
lack the technical expertise to develop such applications. Moobila is a
member of the iPhone developer program and provides services to develop both
native and web applications for the iPhone. Developers at Moobila have a
strong track record in converting web applications onto the mobile format,
especially into the iPhone format. In addition Moobila developers have
experience in developing and optimizing multimedia and computation intensive
applications for embedded and mobile platforms while integrating its design
with other web services platforms such as Google’s API’s. Moobila developers
work with Xcode/iPhone SDK , PHP, MySQL, Ruby on Rails, and Cocoa Framework,
and objective C. Moobila offers a full turnkey solution through its
marketing division. We create videos that demonstrate our customers
application used in the ‘real world’ along with a video that acts as a
tutorial. These videos come packaged with a press release designed to
articulate and introduce your application into the market. Promo codes are
generated and sent out with letters of introduction to the most widely
viewed iPhone application reviewers. Whether you are looking to setup a team
to build applications for your company, or you are looking for someone to
help you market your applications in the U.S., then Moobila is here to help.

Target
|
Target (www.retarget.com) is
the leading provider of EDA tools for the design, programming, and
verification of application specific processor cores (ASIPs). ASIPs provide
an alternative to the two most common implementation choices (software
running on general purpose embedded processors or algorithms implemented as
fixed function RTL). With ASIPs, IP
designers can create designs that perfectly match design requirements for
both efficiency and flexibility. Target's IP Designer tool-suite includes
unique, patented, retargetable
C-compiler technology that produces code of comparable efficiency to
hand-optimized assembly code. Also included is automated RTL generation
especially tuned to low-power requirements. Fast instruction-set simulation,
insightful debug tools, and comprehensive verification tools round out the
offering. IP Designer has been applied by customers worldwide for
diverse application domains, including GSM, WCDMA and HSDPA handsets, VoIP,
audio coding, automotive infotainment, ADSL and VDSL modems, wireless LAN,
hearing
instruments, mobile image processing, video processing, and various control
and interfacing applications. Target is a spin-off of IMEC, is headquartered
in Leuven, Belgium, with North American operations in Boulder, Colorado.
